Cleanliness

Generally cleaned daily and praised in several reviews, but there are reports of ants in corridors and some housekeeping timing issues (early knock), producing a mixed cleanliness impression.

Service praised for friendliness and golf/resort service in places, but significantly weakened by aggressive Sales & Marketing practices, repeated pre-check-in contact, hard-sell presentations and early housekeeping interruptions.

Location

Consistently praised as quiet, near the golf course and convenient for Palma/airport — a strong location advantage for families and golfers.

Room Quality

Rooms have new comfortable beds and good living-room furniture in many units; some mentions of older furniture in places but overall room comfort is rated highly.

Amenities

Excellent pool setup (private clusters and large lobby pool), padel/tennis facilities and equipped kitchens in apartments, though basic cooking supplies were missing and the lobby pool closing at 21: 00 and limited organized activities were noted.
